Target Acquistions

$1 Million or Less

Financial Performance: Minimum of $300,000 in Seller’s Discretionary Earnings (SDE) or EBITDA.

Geographic Focus: Businesses located in North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, or Georgia.

Operational History: A track record of at least 5 years in continuous operation. Systems and processes in place that allow for semi-absentee ownership, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Workforce: Preferably staffed with 5 or more employees, demonstrating operational stability and scalability.

$5 Million or Less
$3 Million or Less

Financial Performance: Minimum of $800,000 in Seller’s Discretionary Earnings (SDE) or EBITDA.

Geographic Focus: Businesses located in North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia, or Georgia.

Operational History: A proven track record of at least 10 years in continuous operation, with established systems and processes that enable a seamless transition to a new owner/operator.

Workforce: Preferably staffed with 20 or more employees, ensuring operational stability and scalability.

Financial Performance: Minimum of $1,250,000 in Seller’s Discretionary Earnings (SDE) or EBITDA.

Geographic Focus: Nationwide opportunities, excluding businesses located in California, NY, and New Jersey.

Operational History: At least 10 years of continuous operation, with established systems and processes in place to support a seamless transition to new ownership.

Workforce: Preferably staffed with 25 or more employees, ensuring operational stability and scalability.
